I recently used Grand Central for a trip and was disappointed with the experience. Despite the advertised discounts, my journey was marred by frequent cancellations and inadequate communication about schedule changes. The app is clunky and made it hard to access essential information. While the initiative to support domestic abuse is commendable, the service needs significant improvements to meet basic passenger expectations. I expected better reliability for the price paid.
